So, everybody seems to be investing in real estate in Nashville, must be easy, right?
Well, not exactly. While real estate investing is one way of getting a great return on your money, it isn't for the faint of heart. Having renovated and sold over 50+ single family homes and 15+ single and multi family properties in the Metro Nashville area, we have seen a thing or 2 (to say the least). Anywhere from a 3,000 sq. ft. house on Old Hickory Lake to a small 750 sq. ft. house in Old Hickory and anywhere in between. Over the next few weeks we will discuss 5 of the
